Check-in instructions: Check in after 4:00 PM This property is only accessible via ferry. If you are bringing a car, you must call the Miller Ferry at 800-500-2421 two weeks prior to your arrival and departure to secure a spot on the ferry.
Please check in at the J.F. Walleyes Restaurant at 1810 Fox Rd upon arrival to the island. Here, there will be a check in paper with the keyless entry access code. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Guests will need to reach out to the Guest Contact to arrange another check-in plan if you plan on arriving on a Tuesday. Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
Check-out instructions: Check out before 10:00 AM. Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following: Remove all perishable items. Take out the trash. Load and start the dishwasher. Strip linens from all used beds. Place all used linens in a pile. Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste. Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances. Close and lock all windows and doors. Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
House rules: No smoking. Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to guest contact immediately. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Must be at least 21 years old to book. Please report any damages that occur to the guest contact.
Additional information: The seasonal community pool and hot tub are only open Memorial Day-Labor Day and are free to use but is not under the control of the condo owner.
Parking: 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot
